Susan Dario, ASID – Principle

Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Florida State University in 1981. She started her namesake business in 2005. Her firm has developed a reputation for mixing styles creating award winning hospitality properties. To her credit, the Mansion on Delaware Avenue, was published in Architectural Digest and has been featured on the Travel Channel.

  • Professional Member of NEWH ( National Executive Women in Hospitality) 1994
  • Adjunct Professor, American InterContinental University, 2004.

 

Emilio Etchegoyen - Interior Architecture

Emilio earned a Master of Architecture, from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1986. He was selected for the prestigious Study Abroad Program - Ecole des Beaux Arts, UPA 7, Paris, France.

Kim Carter - Purchasing & Accounting

Kim earned a Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Georgia State University. She has a broad base of business experience across a 25-year career spanning corporate finance, marketing, and sales positions for Fortune 100 companies including:

  • Siemens Energy & Automation – Corporate Finance
  • Thorn EMI – Sales & Consulting
  • Bausch & Lomb – Corporate Finance, Marketing, and Sales
  • KitchenAid – Sales
  • Snapple Beverage Corp – Sales

In November of 2007, Kim was elected the Mayor of Covington, Georgia.
